Wirekeep is a secure repository for wire transfer information, following just a few simple steps:
1. Your escrow agency will provide pending transaction information in our secure enclave.
2. Once complete, you will receive a personalized email and/or text notification from Wirekeep with information on how to proceed.
3a. In the case of a pending wire from you (you are the sender) to the escrow agency, you and your banking officer will be able to access all wire details at https://wirekeep.com/lookup.
3b. In the case of a pending wire due to you (you are the recipient), you will be able to securely provide your wire instructions by following the steps provided in the Wirekeep notification sent to you.
All emails from Wirekeep will be sent from notifications@wirekeep.com and all text messages from Wirekeep will be sent from (424) 317-9900 (this number is not available for calls or phone support). We strongly encourage verifying sender addresses and to contact your escrow agency if you have any questions.
